Medical staff conducted a routine check-up and found a methamphetamine pipe tucked in his rectum.

Steven Preister, 68, who was arrested after four teenage girls said the mostly nude man followed them to their hotel rooms and yelled at them for being noisy.
After following them to their rooms, Preister, the associate director of a Washington, D.C., continued to yell at them through their door.
Another guest called police after he woke up, looked into the hallway, and saw the pants-less Preister scolding the teens.
Preister, who told police he had been drinking, was booked on suspicion of public nudity and disturbing the peace.
