Cape Girardeau added a new dining location over the weekend.  Bagger Dave’s Legendary Burger Tavern opened their doors on Sunday with a full crowd ready to put their food to the test.  The restaurant is a mix between fast and casual dining.  The group offers a wide variety of sandwiches, burgers, soups and salads along with local wine and craft beer.  Marketing Director Jessica Mobley tells KZIM-KSIM their ability to customize burgers is a big draw. This is the first Bagger Dave’s to open up outside of Michigan and one of six to open in the region over the next five years.  Co-Owners Bill Zellmer and Lonnie Griggs felt this franchise would be the perfect fit for the southeast Missouri area.  You can check them out at their Cape location at 21-06 William Street.
