TODAY'S GENIUS AWARD GOES TO . . . . . . .
    Mother-of-the Year candidate, Tamika Williams, 28, who walked away from a traffic accident, tossed her toddler toward an officer and punched another cop. Williams tried to flee the scene, but her wrecked vehicle was rendered disabled, so she fled the scene with her 2-year-old daughter in tow. When officers told her to stop, she threw her daughter at one officer, forcing him to catch the baby. Williams, whose face was bleeding and smelled of alcohol, punched a female officer in the head and continued to hit her until the cop holding Williams' daughter tased Williams.

AND THEN THERE'S .....
    Ernest Moschino, a video voyeur, who accidentally caught himself on video while placing a camera to capture women using the restroom. The Sunglass shop manager, allegedly placed his cell phone in a mop bucket next to the toilet to tape a woman customers using the bathroom. But he made a strategic error, the video also captured Moschino hiding the cell phone in the bucket. A customer noticed the cell phone after she finished using the bathroom, confiscated it and notified authorities. The police had the evidence they needed to arrest Moschino.

OR HOW 'BOUT .....
    Christopher Strube, 50, who was shopping at a Walmart in Iowa, when the .45-caliber handgun inside his pants accidentally went off. Strube was carrying a bottle that hit the gun and caused it to fire one round. What did he do? He continued shopping, paid for his items and left the store. An unidentified person called the police and reported the gunshot as well as a display that had fallen. Police found a bullet hole in a basket holding cans of beans. Strube does have a valid concealed carry permit, but was arrested for discharging a weapon within the city limits.
OKAY, ONE MORE .....
A Washington state bride, whose name was not released, spent her wedding night in jail after biting her new hubby. Police broke up the fight between the 40-year-old bride and her 31-year-old groom after the ceremony. Police said a honeymoon was called off after the inebriated bride was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault.
