Three shooting suspects in a murder case in Caruthersville are continuing to make separate court appearances, but none are yet set for trial. 27-year-old Frank Rogers appeared Tuesday in Scott County Court—a change of venue was granted in July—before Judge Scott Horman. He was arrested along with 21-year-old Dedrick Tilson of Hot Springs, Ark and 36-year-old Kevin Tilson of Caruthersville for the murder of 33-year-old Rodney Maxwell on May 10th. Maxwell was discovered by authorities, unresponsive in the driver seat of his vehicle with a single gunshot wound, and died after being transported to the hospital. Rogers entered a plea of not guilty in July and will return to court November 12th, Kevin Tilson is scheduled to be back in Pemiscot county court on October 22nd , and Dedrick Tilson has a hearing in Dunklin County on November 13th.
