A 19-year-old New Zealand man, who asked to go to jail instead of finishing out his house arrest sentence… because he did not have enough video games. The teen asked to serve out the final month of his 11-month sentence in jail because he "had run out of Xbox games to play and said he would breach his home detention if he was not picked up and taken to jail. He is now in prison.
AND THEN THERE'S .....
Latisha James, 39, and Jessica Tyler, 27, who stole the spotlight from second graders in a Saint Cloud (Florida) school talent show by brawling in the audience. Tyler claimed she asked James to sit down so she could shoot an unobstructed picture of her little darling. Then things went downhill and a fistfight broke out. James said she grabbed Tyler by the throat and the two had a fistfight in a crowd of parents, children and friends.
OR HOW 'BOUT .....
A 59-year-old Michigan man, who was unhappy with his golfing partner, so he stabbed him with a broken golf club. The pair was part of a foursome playing at a golf course north of Detroit. On the 12th hole the two began arguing about the score when one man broke his golf club over a 65-year-old golfer's arm, then stabbed the victim in the arm with the club. The other two golfers held down the attacker as the victim fled in a golf cart to the clubhouse. Deputies later arrested the attacker at his home for felonious assault.
