A Sikeston man arrested in January is again scheduled for arraignment after multiple delays.
33 year old Andrew A. Clark of Sikeston is charged with burglary, assault and armed criminal action. Scott County Sherriff Rick Walter said early New Year’s Day, the suspect forced entry into a residence, became involved in a struggle with the homeowner, who was shot in the chest with a pellet gun, then Clark fled the scene. He was apprehended a short time later, the victim was treated at the scene for his injuries. Clark is scheduled to be arraigned before Judge David Andrew Dolan on May 23rd.
