Brian Whaples, 54, and his wife, Claudette Whaples, 45, who were traveling in a car with their 8-year-old in the back seat when they started arguing. The argument quickly escalated into something physical with both parties striking each other in the head in front of the child. Unable to settle the disagreement between themselves, they decided to drive to the nearest police station to let the cops straighten it out. Bad idea. He was charged with DUI and they both were charged with violating domestic violence statutes for physically fighting in front of a child. They're under arrest.

Sheila Loven, 45, a marriage counselor in Texas, who convinced a couple to divorce so she could have sex with the husband. Loven was the counselor for an Arlington couple who was having marital difficulties. After advising them to begin attending counseling sessions separately, she and the husband began having sex. Ultimately she convinced the husband it was best to get a divorce. When the couple reconciled, Loven then allegedly harassed them with calls and texts, which prompted the couple to contact police. Loven's actions were considered sexual assault and was arrested. She is on trial for a violation of counseling practices.
