Police arrested a 25 year old woman Thursday in the case of a domestic assault and stabbing that happened on Lorimer Street in Cape Girardeau.  Cape Girardeau Police Officer Darin Hickey says the stabbing happened around 1:40 Thursday morning. Officers responded to 324 S. Lorimer for a woman who was stabbed in the shoulder and back of the neck.  Police arrested Tanisia R Dunigan of Cape Girardeau on charges of domestic assault in the 2^nd degree, and she is being held on 75-hundred dollar cash only bond.
