Four Southeast Missouri residents, including a 16-year-old, were hospitalized Friday after a two-car collision on Interstate 55 near Benton. 51-year old Lana McAnulty of Sikeston suffered moderate injuries when the Dodge Caravan she was driving in I-55's northbound lane struck the rear of a Ford Tempo. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol of the three occupants in her car, all from Campbell only 16-year old Gunter Cameron was listed as having moderate injuries. 51-year old Waymon Franklin and 47-year old Felicia Huber had minor injuries. The collision took place shortly after 2 p.m. about one mile south of Benton. All were wearing seat belts and taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center. The 2005 Caravan sustained moderate damage; the 1988 Tempo was totaled.
