A Poplar Bluff man arrested on rape and sodomy charges pleads not guilty.  The Stoddard County Sheriff’s Department picked up 58-year-old Danny Foushee March 15^th on an outstanding warrant for 1^st-degree statutory rape, sodomy, and child molestation.  Deputies allege that between October 2010 and March 2011, Foushee had deviate sexual intercourse with an 11-year-old girl.  Foushee posted a 20-thousand-dollar bond and was bound over for trial.  He pleaded not guilty before Judge Stephen Sharp.  A hearing is set for January 2^nd.
