A Jonesboro, Illinois, man gets 4-years for DUI
A Jonesboro, Illinois, man will spend the next 4 years in state prison for driving under the influence. 58-year-old Loy Casper was sentenced to the prison term Thursday in Union County Court before Judge Charles Cavaness on one felony count of DUI and driving with a suspended license. Casper was arrested in the early morning hours of July 22nd by the Illinois State Police on Route-146 near Locust Grove Road.
